This will be my 3rd time racing Ironman Western Australia in Busselton. After winning here in 2021 it’s a race that’s always on my to do list, a great place to finish off the 2023 season…….

This will be my 2nd time to Ironman Cozumel after placing 3rd in 2022. I race & course suits me along with being a beautiful place to prepare in the weeks between Los Cabos 70.3 & the Ironman here in Cozumel.

After placing 2nd here in Los Cabos 70.3 in 2022 & having such a great time I couldn’t help but want to comeback & experience this great race again!!

World Ironman Championships, Kona, my second start in this race & looking forward to putting all the lessons I learnt from last year to good use.

Sunshine Coast 70.3 is like a home race for me that I get to sleep in my own bed the night before!! Beautiful ocean swim, fast motorway bike and scenic run along the headland.
